St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church
This a house of God where people like the Catholics go to worship the Lord. The place can contain thousands of Catholics and it is the only Catholic Church on Legon campus. They usually do their mass service every Monday to Saturday from 6:30-7:00am and Sundays from,7:00-9:00am first mass and 9:00-11:00am second mass.
It is a home for everyone to worship, the environment is soothing, with its convenient location on campus, good atmosphere, well ventilated and sufficient lighting.

Divine Mercy Catholic Church, East Legon
The Divine Mercy Catholic Church is an ideal place of Worship for Catholics and Christians alike. They have very friendly and accommodating congregation with a nice Priest. They have only one Mass at 7am on Sundays except on special days as well as morning mass from Monday to Saturday at 6:30am.
It's a nice place for one searching for a good Catholic church for masses for both adults and children. Even although the church building is a little small a bigger one is under development to cater to the people worshipping but it’s a great place to worship for every catholic living close by and anyone seeking for a Christian family to be a part of. The sacredness and ambience of the Church gives one the opportunity to retreat from noise and meet God in a quiet time. If you are a catholic in town and need a welcoming and loving church family, this is where you need to be.

Anglican, University of Ghana
Christ Anglican Church on Legon campus is a beautiful edifice to worship. So Peaceful and welcoming Church Service (Mass with Holy Eucharist) on Sundays from 07.30 hours to 10.00 hours for students, University staff and lecturers and Anglicans/Episcopalians in the neighbourhood and beyond. One hour service with Communion early on Thursday mornings from 06.15 to 07.15 hours. A well-structured church with good edifice for fellowship. You will enjoy your visit to their church venue and to attend their service. Located in the campus of University of Ghana. Big church with lots of parking space available
Commonwealth Hall Chapel
Commonwealth Hall Chapel is primarily a meeting and worship space for non-Catholic student and employee groups.Chapel has about 60-seater capacity and the chairs can be arranged in a variety of ways. The centre has a built-in viewing screen.
Wheelchair access is available by a ramp into the Chapel and by an elevator which can be accessed through the main entrance of the building on Commonwealth Avenue.
There is enough parking space next to the building. Parking regulations on Commonwealth Avenue are monitored and enforced by the city of Newton.

Trinity United Church
It is an interdenominational church of worship where true Christian meet to worship with dedicated and integrated Sunday School facility for the growing of children in wisdom, in stature, in favour with God and in favour with all men.
They are endowed with very active, creative and involved youth, that is excited about advancing God's kingdom while delighting in fellowship, one with the other. They have a beautiful sacred worship edifice with modern interior detailing, planted within a sacred campus for the training of Pastors.
Also, a beautiful landscaping, having a mixture of greenery and pavements, useful for various outdoor events including celebrations of many kinds as well as other social events.
The church shares compound with Challenge Bookshop and the Trinity theological seminary. the church opens only when the seminary is in session.The service is a full house and seats are provided outside for the over flow.
The place has a large space for car park with security personnels on site everyday. The compound also provides housing for teachers of the seminary.
The lawns and grass are well kept. Any environment where there are trees serves you with fresh air. Iti s a delight to see so many trees.

Charismatic Evangelistic Ministry (CEM)
Charismatic Evangelistic Ministry is another church found in the legon area with Rev. Steve Mensah as their General Overseer of the Charismatic Evangelistic Ministry (CEM) in Accra, Ghana. He is one of the great sons of Ghana that the Lord has raised and is using to affect lives not only in Ghana but around the world.
This Ministry outreaches the rural world with free medical services, free drugs, food, clothing, books and Bible distribution among others. His greatest desire is to see the poor saved and empowered to be able to change their situation and environment. They also empower the youth to make a difference in their time and generation. This passion is reflected in most of the sermons they preach at Sunday services, and on many other occasions.

Good News Mission Legon Church
Good news mission church is a very popular church in MRH8+MV4 Accra. They have a very nice church with a caring pastor. They base their worship on the doctrines of the bible. You can visit any of their sunday services. The Good News Mission church is a very welcoming family and you will have an amazing time participating in their services. They have the notion that, Christ is the head of the church and all members are saints because they believe in him.
